Project management for a Hungarian SME

An IT consulting Hungarian SME though had been at various multinational banks in Hungary, but was lack of knowledge and experience to serve governance- and expertise-heavy projects of regulatory compliance. For this purpose they were looking for a partner.

Methods

In order to fulfill the wishes of our client, following activities were used:

Project Management: Morihana led selected projects to help the client understand and their customer to comply various regulatory standards.

Business Analysis: Morihana provided analysts to support the client in understanding business processes and writing requirements.

Results

Our client got completed three regulatory compliance projects and preparation phase for the replacement of a core system. For these they received all neccesary information and experience to continue with the corresponding business-as-usual tasks.
